How to check out the inquiry form?
  1. Enter the member area
  2. Press QUESTION LIST button, check out the inquiry list form.

  4. Press the inquiry form number and you can see the inquiry detail.
  5. If the inquiry form has been replied, then in the FEEDBACK blank will show YES,VIEW IT.
  6. Press ˇ°YES,VIEW ITˇ±, and you can see the replied content.
  7. If you still have question about the response, you could write down your further comment into the HAVE OTHER QUESTIONS blank. Press ADD QUESTION to submit your question. We will reply to you again. You can also find out our further response in your inquiry form detail.
