OCZ's Neural Impulse Actuator is a device which interprets electrical signals from your brain in order to input commands to a system. It has already been released for the PC platform but the makers are now working to port the same for the top three consoles - one at a time (Wii is the lucky number one).
OCZ has also revealed that it would be "cool" to have NIA working with the Wii and the other consoles. Tobias Brinkmann, director of marketing from OCZ, also informed that Microsoft has attempted to acquire the NIA technology from OCZ in the past, but the offer was turned down flat.

For more in the OCZ Neural Impule Actuator, visit the product page. It does make sense if NIA does get ported to consoles, Wii would be the first platform to get it.
