If you own a Creative mp3 player that was made between May 2001 and April 30th 2008, you may be entitled to settlement.

The settlement, if successful, will force Creative to make disclosures about their hard drive mp3 players, as well as offer a 50% discount on 1GB players or offer 20% off any item bought via their online store.
